Philosophy

Generalist by choice,
disciplined by habit.

A family office has one advantage a fund does not: no clock. We are not obliged to deploy by a date or exit by one, which lets us wait for the right business rather than the available one.

That freedom is why our mandate stays broad. We look at private companies, growth businesses and public markets, and we do not rule out a sector because it sits outside a stated strategy. What we do rule out is anything we cannot improve.

The majority of our capital is committed in Saudi Arabia. That is a deliberate weighting rather than a restriction: it is the market we know best and where our relationships carry the most weight.

Selection criteria

Four things we look for.

Every opportunity is measured against the same four tests
before we commit

01

Long-term mega trends

Businesses positioned in front of structural shifts rather than cyclical ones.

02

Localization

Opportunities that build capability inside the Kingdom rather than import it.

03

Saudi Arabia weighting

The majority of our capital is committed in the Kingdom, where our relationships run deepest.

04

Our value add

We invest where our network, experience and capital can change the outcome.
